Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items securely in their original Mockberg box and ensure the package is well-sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
